These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Ordr services and your participation in our SMS/WhatsApp messaging programs. By using our services or providing your mobile phone number, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Description
Ordr provides AI-powered phone ordering, order notifications, customer feedback collection, Google review automation, promotional messaging, and video content creation services for businesses. Features vary by subscription plan.
2. SMS/WhatsApp Messaging Program
Program Name: Ordr Business Messaging Program
What you will receive:
- Order confirmation and status update messages
- Feedback request messages (approximately 2 hours after order completion)
- Google review invitation messages with a direct link to leave a review
- Occasional promotional offers, discounts, or announcements from the business
3. Message Frequency & Rates
- Frequency: Up to 4 messages per month per business
- Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your carrier apply to each message sent and received
- Contact your mobile carrier for details about your messaging plan
4. Consent (Opt-In)
You consent to receive messages when you:
- Place an order at a participating business and provide your mobile phone number
- Receive verbal disclosure from the AI ordering agent that you will receive text messages including order updates, feedback requests, review invitations, and occasional promotions
- Confirm opt-in by replying YES to a confirmation text message
Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You may complete orders without opting in to messaging.
5. How to Opt-Out
You can opt out at any time:
- Reply STOP to any message you receive
- You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed
- Your number will be removed from our messaging system within 24 hours
- Opting out does not affect your ability to place orders

7. Supported Carriers
Compatible with all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and their subsidiaries. Check with your carrier to confirm SMS support on your plan.
8. Privacy & Data Use
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details. Key points:
- We will never sell, share, or transfer your phone number or personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes
- Information is used only for order-related services, feedback, reviews, and promotions from the business you ordered from
- You may request deletion of your data at any time
9. Subscription & Billing (Business Customers)
Business subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time with 30 days notice. Refunds are not provided for partial months.
10. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact information
- Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials
- Notify us of any unauthorized account use
- Do not abuse feedback systems or submit false information
11. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Services are provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for message delivery delays, carrier charges, or indirect damages. Message delivery depends on carrier networks beyond our control.
12. Compliance
Our programs comply with TCPA, CTIA Messaging Principles, CAN-SPAM Act, and applicable state laws including CCPA.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the Commonwealth of Virginia.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
